Anything about a placed order, an exchange or a return. Include your order number and we can usually resolve it in one reply.

Tell us your usual size in a brand you own and the piece you are considering. We will give you a straight answer, including when the answer is to size up.

Flatlock seams and bar-tacks fail rarely, but they do fail. Send a photograph and your order number and we will arrange a repair or a replacement.

We work with a small number of retailers and are selective about it. Samples are available to publications on request.
